Our Approach

Although we work with a diverse client base, all with differing requirements, our approach to projects is consistent and can be divided into four distinct phases :

1. Explore - When you contact us we will discuss your general needs with you and explore the ways in which Sinead Brophy Consulting can be of help. This exploratory discussion is without obligation. We will discuss all options with you and if not best placed to meet your needs will redirect you to other sources of appropriate help.
   
   
2. Define – Once your key requirements have been agreed we will work with you to define the assignment brief in detail including the appropriate Sinead Brophy Consulting team for your needs, assignment methodology, deliverables costings and timescales .
   
   
3. Implement – We deploy a range of interventions to complete the agreed assignment from ‘doing for you' to co-working with your staff or mentoring them as they take the assignment forwards themselves.
   
   Achieving positive co-operation in complex inter-agency work approaches ranging from facilitation to mediation and conflict resolution. The methods of interventions are chosen to achieve the maximum change required in the minimum amount of time. Ongoing review is integral to our approach with regular contact with and updates provided to the key commissioners both formally and informally.
   
   
4. Review – Signing off the assignment involves a formal review of your satisfaction with the process and the outcome of the assignment. This includes an assessment of where your agency is now in relation to other agencies and inspection requirements. Formal review stages may be appropriate throughout the lifetime of the assignment depending on its length and complexity.
